Inspired by our old, heritage orchard
Inspired by our old, heritage orchard, and with assistance from Fife LEADER, we planted a new orchard and East Neuk Orchards came into being. The carefully selected apples are grown and handpicked from our own and other orchards and gardens within Fife. They are traditionally hand pressed in small batches, the juice bottled and then gently pasteurised – all here at Gillingshill. The apples are tracked from tree to bottle and we can tell you exactly where they came from on a bottle by bottle basis. Each batch is tasted and a hand written tasting note added to the back label.
We work with local chefs, restaurants, farm shops, delicatessens and cafes.
Our award winning apple juice is used to create bespoke mocktails by The Dory Bistro & Gallery, Pittenweem and delicious cocktails at Darnleys Gin Distillery, Kingsbarns.
Other passionate, local Fife producers use our apples to create intense flavours such as apple sorbet (Jannettas Gelateria, St Andrews) and sublime award winning apple kombucha (Bad Gal Boocha, Cuparmuir).

Apple Juice
Thoroughly refreshing and pressed in small batches, our delicious apple juice has been carefully crafted using apples grown and hand picked from the orchards and walled gardens of Fife. It’s available in 250ml and 485ml bottles.
Apple & Bramble Juice
Bursting with flavour, our gently pasteurised apple & bramble juice has been pressed from carefully selected apples and brambles supplied by a fabulous local berry farm near Crail. The tasting note is tangy. Try it with sparkling water - delicious! Available in 250ml bottles.
Apple & Raspberry Juice
A firm favourite with our regular customers, this juice has the most wonderful summertime aroma. The raspberries are supplied by a fabulous, local berry farm near Crail. The tasting note is sharpish. Available in 250ml bottles.
Spiced Plum Compote
This artisan low sugar compote is traditionally hand made in small batches in our own kitchen using sweet, succulent plums picked from our own orchard. The compote is runny but not too runny. Lovely on ice cream, porridge, yoghurt or toast. It’s also good with cheese - take your pick.
